  • Removal and reinstate timber studwork
  • Ground works and drainage
  • Erection of new corridor partition, ceilings corridor/toilet areas and toilet partitions
  • M&E installations
  • Plastering and Dry lining
  • Ceramic tiling
  • Roof covering
  • Fitting of internal doors
  • Vanity units & sanitary ware
  • Fixtures and fittings (ie mirrors, soap dispensers etc)
  • Decorations
  • Installation of brick slips and windows
  • Snagging, final clean

Corridor:

  • Strip out plasterboard
  • Adapt/erect studwork
  • Fit temporary lighting and adapt lighting
  • Decorations of ceiling architectural adaptions
  • Plaster/T&J ceiling adaptions
