The Project
The scope of this refurbishment project was extensive and encompassed a wide range of services. The first step was to strip out the existing installation and toilet facilities, taking it back to open plan and removing all floor finishes. This was followed by the careful removal of all mechanical and electrical services and associated plant.
We then transformed the space providing a stunning reception area, meeting rooms, offices and acoustic booths.
Following the structural changes we also supplied and installed new kitchens, toilets and shower rooms.
Overall, this refurbishment project was a comprehensive effort to transform an existing space into a modern, functional and efficient environment.
The project involved a significant amount of work transforming the space with modern facilities, services and systems to meet the needs of the incoming tenant.
