Mark joined Orion Group as a Strategic Consultant in 2015 to help the CEO develop strategy, business plans and review operational processes.

He assisted in the implementation of the new strategy and designed the new organisation structure. Once complete, he recruited a new leadership team.

In 2016 Mark handed over strategic and operational activity and moved into a new role of Consultant to the new Board of Directors.

Mark has over 30 years’ experience in leading design and build projects in the UK, Ireland and the Channel Islands and has now taken over as Managing Director of Orion Group in order to drive the business forward to achieve our strategic goals.
