The Project
Reconfiguration and full refurbishment of an existing office building.
Orion have worked with Société Générale Bank for over five years and have carried out projects in London, Lymington, Gibraltar and the Channel Islands.
Société Générale own and occupy a seven story building in St. Peter Port, Guernsey which required updating and refurbishment. Orion were invited to advise Société Générale and were subsequently appointed to design, manage and deliver the project.
The building remained occupied throughout the works and Orion prepared a programme which allowed the Bank to operate seamlessly throughout the construction works.
The project met or exceeded all of the targets and the project was delivered without any downtime to the clients operations.
Design
Orion Group worked with Société Générale from the initial concept and designed every aspect of the project which included:

- Furniture
- Finishes
- Project programme
- CDM
Project work included:

- New LED lighting throughout
