The Project
Orion worked directly with our client on this 15,000 Sq Ft office refurbishment. This was a two phase project which included workplace consultancy, creative design, new furniture, M&E design and full Cat B fit out.
Phase one included the design of the west side of the Ground Floor, followed by the fit out and installation of new furniture.
Phase two included the strip out, reconfiguration, fit out and the installation of the new furniture to the east side of the Ground Floor ready for occupation.
The creative design included: new partitions and floor layout, full M&E design, new kitchens, breakout areas, meeting rooms, sound booths and new office furniture.
